The North Bay & District Home Builders' Association has a membership of 20 active members. They consist of builders, framers, service sector, supply companies, banks and government agencies.
The fee schedule for full membership is $675.00 per year. The membership fee includes the following;
- Membership with the Ontario Home Builders' Association
- Membership Canadian Home Builders Association
- Monthly Meetings by Zoom or in person. The meeting agenda includes a guest speaker with different subjects of interest addressing different members' needs.
- A discounted booth space at our Trade Show each Spring.
